Our Services
Keeping your teeth and gums clean and fresh is the best way to ensure long and successful oral health.
Dental Exams
Oral dental exams are an important part of preventative care and are the basis for your routine check-up to help identify problems or potential problems. Regular oral exams can help to treat minor problems before they become major ones. They go a long way in making sure you maintain an excellent oral health and a beautiful smile.
Dental Cleanings
Although good brushing and flossing at home are important to maintaining the health of your teeth and gums, professional dental cleanings are essential to preventing future dental problems and keeping your teeth fresh and clean. At Sweet Tooth Dentistry, we use only the most advanced dental technologies such as an integrated Cavitron ultrasonic to ensure that your teeth cleanings are performed effectively and comfortably.
Oral Cancer Exams
Our dentist performs oral cancer screenings as part of your routine check-up to help identify any cancerous or pre-cancerous lesions in the mouth that could potentially cause serious health risks. Early diagnosis and treatment are the keys to successfully overcoming oral cancer.

Fluoride Treatments
There is a reason why the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) called water fluoridation one of the “Ten Greatest Public Health Interventions of the 20th Century.” Fluoride works by stopping and even reversing the tooth decay process. The fluoride varnishes we provide can help fight cavities and help maintain healthy bright smiles.
Sealants
Sealants are preventive treatments designed to prevent cavities from forming on your teeth. It is commonly placed on the chewing surface of rear teeth and prevents bacteria from accessing the natural grooves of our teeth. Sealant treatments are typically placed on children to help keep harmful bacteria away from the teeth for years to come.
Infection Control
Sweet Tooth Dentistry places an incredibly high emphasis and standard for proper infection control. With the use of state-of-the-art processes we can ensure that you undergo a fully cleaned and sterilized treatment. Disposable instruments are used whenever possible and non-disposable instruments are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and sterilized after each use. Our modern state-of-the-art sterilization center was specifically designed to allow the use of metal cassettes for instruments and practice of the highest safety standards when caring for our patients.
Endodontics (Root Canal Therapy)
Sometimes teeth reach a severe state due to decay, injury, fracture, gum disease, or other issues and may need a root canal to prevent losing the tooth to extraction. Endodontics (root canal therapy) is a specialized area of dentistry that can achieve the goal of saving the tooth by removing the infected tissue inside of the tooth. The tooth is then cleaned internally and a filling material is placed to prevent further infection. At Sweet Tooth Dentistry we use state-of-the-art electric rotary instrumentation to perform root canal therapy efficiently and comfortably.
Dental Emergencies
Tooth injury, severe pain, and many other dental issues can cause a dental state of emergency. At Sweet Tooth Dentistry we have an on-call support team for our office that can help you in the event of a dental emergency. Our team will swiftly answer your questions and concerns, and if immediate treatment is needed it can be arranged on the same day.
Scaling and Root Planing
When pockets of bacteria develop in the mouth, scaling and root planing is a commonly performed non-surgical procedure that can improve the conditions of the gums. A deep cleaning of your teeth is performed to remove tartar, plaque and calculus to prevent any gum infection from getting worse. This can be a very effective treatment to help gum tissue heal and reverse gum disease.
Nitrous Oxide (Conscious Sedation)
At Sweet Tooth Dentistry we understand that the dental office can be a stressful place to be. To help, we have the option available to use nitrous oxide (laughing gas) to help relax and partially sedate patients to help minimize pain and relieve stress and anxiety that can be associated with dental procedures.
Whether your teeth are affected by stains, chips, misalignments or any other aesthetic dental imperfections, our cosmetic dentistry treatments can improve the appearance and function of your teeth. We offer a wide range of cosmetic treatments that can help you achieve your goals in creating a beautiful functional smile.
Cosmetic Dental Bonding
Using a strong, tooth-colored resin, the dental composite is bonded to the affected area in a relatively non-invasive procedure that can close gaps between teeth, improve the appearance of small chips and correct a number of aesthetic issues. Dental bonding is one of the most performed and effective cosmetic treatments and can usually be accomplished in a single office visit.
Invisalign®
Invisalign is an innovative alternative to many traditional orthodontic methods such as metal braces. It is a system of clear, removable aligners that allow you to straighten your teeth in a gradual comfortable way. The aligners are nearly invisible on the teeth and can be removed for at home dental care as well as when you need them removed such as speaking engagements and photos.
Porcelain Crowns
One of the most commonly used dental treatments to improve the appearance of teeth as well as enhancing or restoring the functionality are dental crowns. Dental crowns cover a tooth that has lost significant structure to decay, fracture, or has had root canal therapy. Each crown is custom designed for the most accurate fit possible and custom colored to match the shade of your natural teeth.
Porcelain Dental Veneers
Durable custom ceramic (porcelain) sheaths that are placed on the front side of teeth to change the appearance of teeth and correct chips, gaps, stains and misalignments.
Teeth Whitening
With the things we do such as eating and drinking, it is common for our teeth to stain and discolor. With both in-office and take-home teeth whitening treatments, we can help lighten the color of your teeth for a bright, white and healthy smile.
Tooth-colored fillings
Tooth-colored fillings are metal free and are custom matched to look like your natural teeth. It is a strong composite material that our dentist uses to treat decay that eliminates the health and environmental risks that can be posed by mercury or metal fillings. Not only does tooth-colored fillings allow more conservation of natural tooth structure, these composite fillings are much more esthetically pleasing and since bonding adds strength to the teeth, it makes them more resistant to fracturing
With restorative dentistry, Sweet Tooth Dentistry can improve the form and function of your teeth with results that look beautiful and feel natural. Our techniques can help you improve a variety of common dental problems such as: spaces or gaps between teeth, missing teeth, chipped or broken teeth, general bite problems, discolored teeth, crooked or misaligned teeth and more.
